For purposes of communication, exchange of information and services as well as other purposes which are necessary in an established or soon to be established business relationship, we need to process certain personal data, e. g. name, contact details and function of the relevant person.

1. Data collection/processing
We shall collect and process the following data categories:

LOI Thermprocess GmbH guarantees Data Protection by means of adequate technical and organizational regulations and in case Data is being processed by external service providers by means of adequate contractual conditions, e. g. by using the EU standard contract clauses regarding data processing outside of the EU.
Please make sure that your data is always up-to-date and correct, e.g. by notifying relevant changes or - if possible - by yourself.

5. Data storage
Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose and to fulfil regulatory requirements, as a rule for the duration of the respective contractual relationship including any applicable legal retention period.
6. Monitoring and Investigation
To protect against the various threats to our IT - e.g. by malware, hacker attacks, spam - and intellectual property, different procedures are used in which the information exchanged is checked for viruses, for example, and the connection data for anomalies. When anomalies are discovered, the relevant documents and connection data can be analysed.
In order to comply with existing delivery and payment restrictions - such as companies and persons listed in various government lists - the existing employee data can be compared with this list.
In addition, the transmission of personal Data and documents may be necessary in certain suspected cases, which are for example reported via the compliance hotline, to support an investigation by the authorities and to prepare a defense against claims directed at LOI Thermprocess GmbH.
In all cases, our internal regulations, the legal requirements and the personal rights of those affected are observed.
